For 2024, Porsche has replaced the old 2.9-liter V6 engine with a 4-liter twin-turbo V8 that delivers 468 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque. All the extra power under the hood means drivers can hit top track speeds of 169 mph and go from 0 to 60 in 4.7 seconds.
Porsche Active Suspension Management
Now fitted as standard in the Cayenne, the Porsche Active Suspension Management system controls damping force, continually adapting to the condition of the road. With four driving modes (normal, sport, sport plus, and off-road), drivers and passengers experience a smoother, more comfortable ride.
Storage and Towing Capacity
This midsized SUV features a rear luggage compartment with a 27.2 cubic feet volume, which more than doubles to 60.3 cubic feet with the rear seats folded down. It also has a towing capacity of 7,700 pounds, making it the ideal vehicle for rounding up the family, loading in the luggage, hitching up the trailer, and heading off for a weekend getaway.
Dashboard Design
A new dashboard design gives drivers a 12.65-inch digital instrument cluster perfectly set within their field of vision. Drivers can select their desired display, including typical round gauges, a full navigation map, and a central map section.
Infotainment Options
The central 12.3-inch display set into the central dash gives drivers access to the Cayenne S’s infotainment system. Standard features include Apple CarPlay, Spotify, and Android Auto. An optional 10.9-inch display is available to keep the front passenger entertained, giving them access to infotainment and navigation functions. A special top layer keeps the display out of sight of the driver, letting them concentrate on the road ahead without distraction.
